The 2020 season unofficially kicked-off for Kilbourne Lacrosse in the "Buckeye Battle" tournament at Ohio State.  The event hosted by Ohio State Lacrosse features top teams from around the country.  Kilbourne went 4-2 overall in their 6 games and claimed wins over teams from Illinois, New York, Minnesota and Ohio.  The Wolves capped the event with a 6-5 win in Ohio Stadium over Webster Thomas from New York.

Most importantly, the 'Buckeye Battle' is an opportunity for teammates to come together, have fun playing together and build chemistry and momentum for the upcoming season.  Like the weather, the Wolves heated-up as the tournament progressed.  The team had members of all 4 classes (Seniors to Freshman) playing together and finished with 3 straight wins and lots of players contributing in different ways.
